Film mania!
Where October was full booked with concerts, No-mo-vember is a busy film month!
Hasta la vista / Come as you are (director: Goeffrey Enthoven) ***½:
Hasta la vista / Come as you are (director: Goeffrey Enthoven) ***½:
.. a really nice Flemish movie about 3 disabled guys in their twenties on a road trip to Spain in order to visit a brothel that caters to people with disabilities. This movie is widely entertaining but has a touchy side as well.
Let's talk about Kevin (director: Lynne Ramsay) ****½:
Waauw ..just brilliant! The story explores the factious relationship between a mother and her son, 112mins of unrelenting tension! All kudos to Tilda Swinton, her performance brings it to a higher level. Dear Kirsten Dunst, you're awesome, but Tilda should have won that price in Cannes!!

Wake Up portrait
Good morning! In the coming next weeks I will bother some people early in the morning, just a few minutes after waking up. Wake up portraits - part I: Jonathan.
I have seen the Future!!
'I have seen the Future' .. I mean I've seen Miranda July's new film on the filmfestival here in Gent. It's a must see indie drama, surreal, but it creates real feelings.
The super duper awkward lady herself came to the festival for a question & answer session. Loved her answers! "Can I hug you?" Miranda July: "I'd like to bankt that and save it for later."

Hello magazine!!
*smile*smile* I'm in a magazine!! Ok, the magazine has not been distributed, it was a limited magazine for all the participants of the workshop 'fashion-shoot'. The CVB gave it to us on the opening of the expo last Friday night in Antwerp. Distributed or not... I like it!!
The expo itself is a must go if you are into fashion photography. Besides the workshop pictures there is an awesome exhibition of Peter Lindbergh, a world renowned fashion photographer and the Belgian photographer Frank Philippi, who died last year.
